I am so lucky

The day of love is quickly approaching and I am totally into it. I find that its easy to get stuck in the day to day monotony of life - school, work, homework, dinner, study, bed.  I find myself getting caught up in the business of it all and forget the beautiful things that are right in front of me.

This Valentines day I am reminded  of the  many things I love about my husband and often take for granted. Its easy to ignore the good stuff and focus on the negative. I am so lucky to have married my soul mate and this valentines day I wish to share some of the things I love about my husband.

How he cuddles me most every night

When I get home with the kids, he always comes out to help me get them out of the car

He takes turns getting up with Scarlett at the crack of dawn

He is the best father and always backs up my parenting decisions

He is the smartest person I know and knows a bit about everything

His passion and love for his job, he is the best commercial fisherman around

I love his strong hands

He is the most attentive lover

He can fix most anything

He cleans the bathroom and stove for me, I despise cleaning the bathroom and the stove

We have great intriguing conversations

He always puts gas in my car

He is truly my best friend
